A program that helps parents and caregivers of neurodivergent teens to eliminate unhelpful behavior patterns, increase receptivity to change, and help them grow into happy, successful, and productive young adults.
Coaching program for caregivers to help a neurodivergent teen be a successful adult. For this to happen, your house has to operate on 4 core principles โ emotion regulation, being radically open to feedback, being flexible in mindset to situations out of our control, and understanding that good relationships are at the core of being happy and things going well.
You will have access to the entire program including all training videos, the support community, and coaching calls for one year, and perpetual access to the training videos.
Through the program you will learn:
1. The vital regulation skills that take your home from on edge to stable and nurturing, and are key to any approach to parenting actually working.
2. Create a home environment that focuses on radical openness to learning new things - helping your child to be more resilient, more flexible, and more able to be a happy and successful adult
3. The right approach that fosters mental flexibility - a key skill that your teen needs to take into adulthood, and the key to minimizing meltdowns, emotional flooding, and emotional shutdowns.
4. How to help your teen develop close friendships and relationships

Be Learning to Implement these 4 skills, you will:
-Escape the the never ending cycle of finding the right therapist, program, medication and youโre able to see your child become more independent using a new approach
-See long term progress in your teens behavior because your household is operating in a better way that actually helps your neurodivergent teen
-Learn the vital skills necessary to properly communicate with your kid without them getting overwhelmed or withdrawing, and you both walk away feeling more supported and understood
-Create a home that becomes a safe, conducive place that models openness, flexibility and receptivity to feedback
-Actually spend quality, peaceful time with your teen, as you are not longer worrying or constantly reminding them to follow up on tasks
-See your kid be able to take care of basic needs on their own, without constant reminders
-Find a balance at work, with friends, in your relationship, and engage in self care, as you are not constantly by your phone, waiting for the shoe to drop, where someone is calling to inform you of a behavioral issue.
-Feel less exhausted, so you are able to be present in your life and in your relationships - your marriage or relationship gets stronger
-Feel happy and at ease as you are not wasting time, energy and money on therapists or approaches that are not helping you or your loved one in the long run
-Feel pride as you see your teen taking more initiative to complete tasks on their own, like studying, hygiene, chores, asking for support and doing new things they were previously not able to do like making plans with friends or engaging in new hobbies and interests
-Feel confident in your teens ability to be more independent seeing them graduate, go off to college, live independently, obtain and sustain a job etc.
