The problem

You're doing everything right. So why does nothing stick?

You've tried the therapists. The medication adjustments. The IEP meetings. The parenting books. And your teen made progress โ€” for a little while. Then you were back at square one.

Here's what nobody told you: one hour a week in a therapist's office cannot outweigh 167 hours at home. If the home environment isn't built around a neurodivergent brain, nothing else works the way it should.

  • You dread coming home because you never know what version of the evening you're walking into
  • Every conversation feels like it could go sideways โ€” so you've stopped having them
  • You love your kid fiercely and are terrified about their future at the same time
  • You're burned out, guilty, and exhausted in a way you can't explain to people who haven't lived it
  • You've started to wonder if anything is ever going to change

"I was doing everything I was told to do. The problem was nobody had taught me how my son's brain actually worked."

Trained at one of the US's premier neurodivergent OCD treatment centers

I'm Sarah Mireles โ€” LPCC, CLC, and someone who lives this every single day. I have ADHD. My partner has Autism, OCD, and OCPD. This isn't a population I studied from a distance. It's my family.

I've worked at every level of care with neurodivergent teens โ€” including Rogers Behavioral Health, one of the country's most respected treatment centers for this population. I've seen what works in clinical settings. And I've seen what falls apart the moment a kid gets home.

That gap is why I built this. Parents are the most powerful variable in a neurodivergent teen's life. Nobody was teaching them how to use that.

What changes

Three things parents tell me shifted first

01

They stopped walking on eggshells โ€” and their teen started coming back to them

02

Communication opened up โ€” not because the teen changed, but because the approach did

03

They started believing their kid could make it โ€” and so did their kid

"She asked me to watch a show with her last night. First time in over a year. Nothing dramatic happened โ€” I just learned how to show up differently."

FAQ

Questions people ask before they sign up

My teen is already in therapy. Do I still need this?

Yes โ€” and here's why. One hour a week in therapy does not outweigh 167 hours at home. This doesn't replace your teen's therapist. It makes everything they're learning in therapy actually stick, because you'll know how to support it at home.

My teen has multiple diagnoses. Will this still apply?

This was built specifically for families navigating ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, PDA, OCD, and OCPD โ€” including teens with more than one diagnosis. The techniques are based on how neurodivergent brains work, not on a single diagnostic label.

I've tried programs before and they didn't work. What makes this different?

Most programs give you general parenting advice designed for neurotypical kids. This uses clinical frameworks โ€” RO-DBT, DBT, and ACT โ€” built around how neurodivergent brains actually regulate, learn, and connect. It's not the same approach with a different cover. And I have ADHD. My partner has Autism, OCD, and OCPD. I'm not teaching theory. I'm teaching what I live.

How do I know if the guide or the full program is right for me?

Book a free call and we'll talk through it. Genuinely. The guide is a great starting point if you want practical tools right now without a big commitment. The program is for parents who are ready to go deep โ€” with support, community, and real feedback along the way. If you're not sure, the call is exactly what it's there for.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes. The full program is $3,500 or 10 monthly payments of $400. You get full access from day one either way. If you have questions about which option makes sense for your situation, reach out โ€” I'm happy to talk it through on our call.

What's your refund policy?

There isn't one โ€” and I want to be honest about why. This program only works if you show up for it. A refund policy tends to give people an easy exit before the real work begins. What I offer instead is this: if something isn't landing, you come to me directly. We figure it out together. I'm not interested in taking your money and disappearing. I'm interested in this actually working for your family. If you're not sure yet, book a free call first. That's exactly what it's there for.

Ready to talk?

Let's figure out the right next step together.

Book a free 30-minute call. No pressure, no pitch. Just an honest conversation about what's happening with your teen and whether I can help. I talk to parents in this exact spot every week โ€” and I'll tell you the truth about what I think will actually make a difference.
